The answer lies in the fact that this challenge had to be solved in order to build America’s 1st Micro-Province. Why? becuase, Americ’as first Micro-Province, at its core, was to be a community on a new level of beauity in every way..

You see, theMicro province started with a stunningly beautiful tract of land, as it canvas, and when that was found, no one  in good conscience, cluld develop this land unless it was pared with beuautlfy architect and with a litght footproint. This meant  a significant number of smaller cottage hamlets (explained later)
