Would Like to Visit Us? Here are Some Options...
We can tell you about the beauty and tranquility of Cloudland Station and show you photos of our picturesque community, but it takes seeing it in person for everything to click. We want to walk with you around the property and tell you the story of our community. And we want you to explore for yourself and find the nooks and crannies that connect with you.
There are a couple options for getting to know Cloudland Station in person:
Ready to come drive around Cloudland Station to get a better understanding of what makes us so unique? Come take a self-guided drive through tour! We'll happily open the gate for you to experience our community upon appointment! Check in at the Plucky Peacock Farmstand to receive a printed guide that will explain what you are seeing as you drive. Be sure to check our hours and make an appointment so we know you are coming.
To understand the nooks and crannies of Cloudland Station, take a tour with our developer, John Tatum. He will explain the histories and unique features that create our Simple Times community and answer any questions you may have, from the home building process to our amenities and more. If you are interested in a guided tour, be sure to fill out our contact form so we can set up a date!
Our Discovery Getaway is designed for guests to get the most authentic experience of Cloudland Station. Stay in our Watercolor Cabin for an unplugged weekend to relax and experience the feeling that keeps our members coming back. While you are here, we'll give you a tour of the community and talk through what you are looking for in your next primary home or vacation home. We value this getaway experience as an essential piece to understanding our community and seeing if it is the right fit for you and your family.
Our Watercolor Cabins are your home base during the Discovery Getaway. Should you choose to stay longer, we have additional accommodations available to rent on a first-come, first-serve basis. These include two Treehouses, This Old House, and The Bellewood Lodge.
