If we have answered all of your questions, and Cloudland Station is a possibility for you, we want to invite you come and visit and take a tour. We will drive you through all three provinces and give you a great sense of the surrounding beauty, the architecture, amenities, the scope of all of this, and the momentum of our community. 

Our tours take about 1hr to 1.5 hours. After the tour, you are welcome to just linger as long as you like and enjoy the property. 

Note, we have never once tried to close a prospective owner. That is just not our approach and it will not begin with you. 

Our goal is to be informative and transparent so you cam make the best decision for both you and your loved ones.

After the tour, we will follow up to assess your interest. If you say you need more time, that is fine. If you tell us Cloudland Station is not the right community for you, that is fine too. We will have enjoyed meeting you and giving us an opportunity to share Cloudland Station with you. 

However, if you have decided you feel confident Cloudland Station may be right of you and you would like to start looking at homesites, we would like to invite you back for visit to specifically tour the homesites.

This can take 2-3 hours and this does not including any additional time you might need to be alone and walk the various homesites you toured. As such, we recommend an overnight stay with. We can often accommodate in one of our Watercolor Cabins.

We waive a rental fee for this second pick-a-lot tour, except for an overnight fee. If you want to stay an extra night, we charge a discounted overnight fee for the second night. 

Once you choose your homesite, our Sales Director and Realtor, Courtney Collins, will reach out with a standard agreement. 

Once the agreement is executed, the homesite will be scheduled for a closing with Tom Minor of The Minor Firm, Dalton GA. Note, closings can be held in their law offices, or if preferred, they can be closed virtually as well.
